Swallow test and ports

Hi everyone. We had the big swallow test last Friday, but unfortunately it didn’t go as well as we had hoped. With that being said, the medical team has scheduled her for surgery next Tuesday to install a G tube port into her belly so she can get rid of this awful NG tube in her nose.  Since she will be under anesthesia the plan is to also install a port for future treatments while she’s in surgery so they don’t have to put her under again later.  We also should have all the final Molecular DNA testing on the tumor tissue back by then and hopefully have a plan in place soon to attack the remaining part of the tumor.
