The Harrison Kauffman Family
This week Madison completed her stem cell collection-ahead of schedule. She even collected double the amount needed, all in one day! Our girl is amazing.
We're grateul to have a few extea days at home to rest and recharge before heading back into the hospital on Monday for cycle 3 of chemo. This round will be more intense, and doctors are expecting it to bring a lot of nausea. She'll be on IV fluids around the clock for 3 days, along with strong anti-nausea meds and the chemo treatment.
As always, we are taking it one step at a time. Madison still loves watching airplanes and her new favorite-Henri's yogurt pretzels. Thank you for the continued love, strength, and prayers-it means everything.
Happy Easter!
