Hello everyone,
I wanted to give you all an update how things have been going. But first, it is long overdue, but I wanted to thank everyone for their gifts for Logan's birthday. They were all greatly appreciated and brought so much joy to him. He now has so many Lego kits we had to buy a shelf specifically for his Lego builds!
On to the more serious updates. One thing we did not expect is having doctors out right deny that children can get chondrosarcoma to being skeptical at best. Regardless of three world renowned medical labs all concluding that he does indeed have this cancer, they do not seem interested in taking the appropriate action. It has been an exhausting process that we are still dealing with now.
We have exhausted our resources that are close to home and now are having to look further away. The next place we are looking towards is roughly a 4 hour drive, but they appear to have experience with pediatric chondrosarcoma, so it is worth it.
Thank you all for the love, prayers, and support you have been giving. It has been a major blessing in all of this.
