Liver biopsy complete, and yes I wore my UGA shirt for good luck, but it has been cropped out of the image above :)
Chemo will start Monday 6/22 with a 6ish hour infusion, then I will be hooked up to an extended infusion for 48 hours wearing a pump. I will return on Wednesday 6/24 to be unhooked from the prolonged infusion and maybe for IV fluids so 1-2 hours in duration.
This schedule will repeat every 2 weeks.
Since I do not know how I will feel this first round, I will stay with my parents Monday-Wednesday and Taylor and Brady will have some male bonding time for 3 days.
The volunteer opportunites will be to help the boys with dinner when they are on their own, help us restock groceries weekly, and help me with household chores and/or company. Grandparents will be able to assist with Brady pick ups to start. Our needs may shift depending how I feel on chemo and how I feel on my "off chemo" weeks.
