We heard from Atlanta this afternoon because we had emailed them to ask for an update since Greyson didn’t meet remission last round.   They said they are currently looking at/planning on mid February to start the Bone Marrow Transplant admission.  He will be getting a central line the day we admit him and then radiation that week leading up to the transplant.    

Locally, he will continue his cycle of Blina (the medication he is currently getting) followed by a Bone Marrow Biopsy the week of Christmas. He will be doing another cycle of Blina followed by a Bone Marrow Biopsy at the end of January.  The Atlanta check up appointments should start around the end of January for both Greyson and Norah.  

Please continue to pray that these medications will do their jobs in ridding Greyson of the cancer so that we can continue forward with the Bone Marrow Transplant.  Also, please pray that Greyson will remain seizure free as Blina comes with an increased risk of seizures for kids with Down syndrome (he has been started on anti-seizure medicine). 🧡🎗️
