Kurt had his first scan completed end of June. Results were good and not so good.
Stomach and lymph nodes seem to be responding to treatment and have SHRUNK!!
However, more spots were found on his liver. Soooooo……treatment has had to pivot. Per new radiologist, this happens ALOT - and the liver has multiple treatments - that’s good! Chemo will continue and new treatment will begin to target the liver a little differently. This treatment is highly successful and should (we hope) yield the results we want.
Please keep sending all the good vibes and the next scan - in about 2 months - will show good results ALL OVER!
