Hello and Happy New Year.  I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season.  A quick update on me.  My strengthening and internal healing of my heel is going good.  Yesterday, I did have to get a cortisone injection on my OPPOSITE knee due to a possible torn meniscus.   I haven't decided on an MRI but am hoping this will give me enough relief to continue strengthening it in physical therapy.   It is due to all the beating it has endured over the past 4 months, not part of the original injury. It is currently still screaming at me.  Prayers the cortisone takes effect by midday.  Im back to work full force this week and I am so tired of limping.
