As the Beasley family continues to go through such a difficult time, we would like to ask that you also help us come alongside them and deliver meals. James and Erin have to travel 45 minutes one way (on a good day of traffic) to get to the hospital and see Ellie. This is a lot of commuting that does not lend to the time and energy required to prepare nutritious and filling meals. In addition, it is noted on the MealTrain that Malcolm is allergic to both peanuts and eggs, however, he can have eggs that are baked in a dessert like cake or cookies, but cannot have egg casserole, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, etc.
Also, Erin is currently dairy-free, as her breast milk without dairy seems to be helping some of the digestive issues that Ellie has been facing. Please prepare dairy-free dishes or have the option of dairy on the side.
