Starting the Fall ...Update
Hello, friends. Thank you for continuing to show up for us. Every share, message, and donation has mattered so much. Here's where things stand:
Charles is thriving. He's been taking on his personal responsibilities with real steadiness and pride. It's wonderful to watch, and it's your support that gave him the breathing room to do it.
Stella is having adjusting to being held accountable for her time at school. CJH SUCKED at prepping her for it. She's struggling but we're working on it and would appreciate your good thoughts and any encouragement you'd like to send her way.
My mental health has been a priority.
I've started Spravato treatment. I'm taking this step to take better care of myself so I can keep showing up for the people I love. I'm early in the process and hopeful.
