Teddie is going HOME tomorrow!! 🏡✨ 

After 30 days in the hospital and 20 days post-transplant, her body gave us the clearest sign it’s ready: a huge response to her ANC booster. Her absolute neutrophil count (ANC) jumped from 480 to over 4,700 overnight 🙌 — a strong sign that her new bone marrow is working exactly as it should. Engraftment is thriving, her immune system is waking up, and for the first time in a while… we’re breathing easier. 

We knew discharge was close, but I didn’t expect to hear, “How about tomorrow?” 😅 Her team actually felt comfortable sending her home today, but with so much to organize — medications, caregiver training, follow-up plans — we’re taking one more day to make sure we’re fully ready. 

Teddie is so excited. She’s been talking nonstop about going home to play with everything. After all she’s been through, hearing that joy in her voice is just… everything. 💛 

We know this next stretch will still be intense — going home after transplant isn’t the end; it’s a whole new chapter. One that includes lots of medications and clinic visits twice a week. But getting to start that chapter from the comfort of home is something we’ve prayed so hard for. 

Thank you for holding us up through every twist, every lab count, and every hard day. Tomorrow, we walk out of here — together.
