We are 4 days out of surgery. The past couple of days I have not felt like doing an update. The nerve blocks have gone. The pain is pretty moderate and I continue to have spasms. I have lovely neighbors that have been helping to put up my hair bringing meals and keeping me company. Most of the pathology did come back. It appears that after removal of the left side, they did find a pre-cancerous tumor that was 8 mm so I am glad that we did remove that. home health did come to do intake although we are not changing any bandages until after the 17th when I have my follow up appointment. she did proceed to call all of my doctors (after she left) because my heart rate was in the 110s. She never mentioned it to me. She then sent a message that said your provider wants you to take your medication every eight hours. with no mention of what provider or what medication. Im not really liking this home health thing🙄 anyway Duke has been the goodest boy sitting by my bed. I am looking forward to the appointment on the 17th. Hopefully I can get some of these drains out. that’s all for now.
