Prayers up

Susannah remains in a coma. She continues to face some additional medical challenges, including ongoing fevers, heart rhythm issues, and now pneumonia. Her medical team is continuing to care for her and manage these complications.

We spent the weekend surrounded by family, sharing memories, stories, and time together with Susannah. We have been reminded again and again of just how much love surrounds her.

We also ask that you keep Susannah’s medical team in your prayers. They have listened to countless stories about her, watched videos and looked through pictures, and read the letters and memories collected in her notebook. They have gotten to know a little bit about the incredible young woman they are caring for.

We continue to trust that God has Susannah in His hands. He is faithful, even when we don’t understand what is happening or what lies ahead. We are holding on to our faith and praying for healing, and for His presence, strength, and peace each day.
