Soha has been so strong these last 10 days and has made some remarkable progress, although the road ahead is long and uncertain.

She was delighted to have her neck brace and arm wrap removed which allows her some additional mobility. She is still not able to get out of bed to sit without assistance from her amazing medical team and has not yet been able to walk.

Soha continues to recover from her hip surgery that included the placement of a very long screw to stabilize the area.

She remains inpatient in the children's hospital while she awaits insurance approvals for her transition to inpatient rehab. Her family remains at her side every step of the way ensuring spirits stay high and they remain closely informed on the care she will need and next steps.

They are tremendously grateful for all the support they have received and continue to receive from family and friends. As they are not working as much as they would be right now, the money coming in in sparse. Every little bit helps them continue to be there for Soha.
