A Heavenly Transition

Sarah made her heavenly transition tonight. It was a beautifully peaceful passing surrounded by family and close friends. We are devastated.

In the days and hours leading up to her passing Sarah was blessed with frequent ministering and live music sessions led by the the Mountain Bible Church worship team, as well as visits from family and friends from around the country and world. Her family home became a tabernacle and we were able to share several joyful moments amongst the devastation and grief.

Sarah’s final request of her family was that they spread “kindness, peace, grace, and joy.” Not surprisingly, the two words that I heard most frequently this week to describe my dear sister were “kind” and “strong.” We will ensure that Sarah’s girls know this as their Mama’s legacy.

At this time we will continue with the meal train for Grant and the girls. We appreciate your respect and kindness in the coming days as the family grieves privately. More details on a celebration of life to come.
