Today we went in for chemo! His blood work look good enough not to need a bag of blood or platelets. Thank God. He gained about 4 or 5 lb ... Possibly a lot of water weight and maybe the pizza and chicken nuggets might have helped. The nurses were a little surprised... He definitely looks a little more plump than before. It makes me sad to see him go through all the different things but he's really being a trooper and I'm so proud of him. The nurse said he did amazing for his first dressing change on his pic while he was awake. God willing all these horrible cancer cells die with this chemo!
