The Roundtree Family
We had some designated no electronics time today, that led to a group outing to go get some different books (apparently the several dozen we had were Boring) and burgers that ended up with all of us sitting back down and watching TV together š.Ā
Oldest brother and I (Auntie Emily) had some one on one time driving over to prep the dogs and cats for their vet appointments tomorrow(mainly coaxing and trapping the indoor outdoor cats inside for the night so we don't have to chase them around at 7am) It was hard emotionally to have the Oldest in the house and seeing his brothers things left as is, as if he had just stepped out of the room. The animals were so excited to see him though, I thought the dogs were going to rip open his abdominal incision again just from jumping on him too much.
We stopped by a couple of his friends houses, and although 2/3 weren't there we did get a chance to say hello to some family members and Oldest was very grateful that I made that time and trek about, we look forward to seeing more friend soon.
Youngest and Sister are on each other's (and mine) last nerve, and if it didn't mean having to pick them each up to place them in their wheelchair to sit in corners for a time out, I am about ready to set them both there for the rest of the evening so they can't look at each other. Which seems to be the main issue most of the time.
We have been figuring out what comes next for school stuff, for now it seems that they will be homeschooled for a while yet as Oldest regains his strength back and Sister gains some independence of movement again. Not 100% about Youngest as we still need to chat with his school.
