Rosie is still being a trooper through her treatment. The oral chemo that she’s taking this month has proven the most challenging for her so far, with two emergency room visits in October due to a fever and low blood sugar. Our oncology team was able to tweak her treatment plan to help with the blood sugar and Rosie is doing much better. Now she just needs to kick this cough.
She is still trying to make it to school as much as possible and even made it to her first field trip! She is honestly blowing us away with her strength and resilience.
Phase three of treatment begins on Halloween, so we will need to learn how to handle a different type of chemo at that time. Thank you for your continued prayers, we truly feel the love.
