At Wetherbee Pediatric Therapy Unit, Robbie has been working with the Trexo — and it’s nothing short of life-changing. In these videos, you’ll see something I’ve dreamed about for so long: Robbie using both legs, moving forward with power and determination… and yes, even running. 🏃‍♂️✨ 

His therapist set a goal for him — 150 feet in 5 minutes — so we could show the progress needed to get this style of walker for Robbie. But Robbie? He doesn’t just meet goals… he shatters them. He finished in 2 minutes flat. 🙌 

And here’s the thing about Robbie — when most people would stop, he kept going. The rest of the session, he walked and walked, only needing a little help steering left and right. 

But then… it happened. Robbie walked upstairs and downstairs — with the guidance of his incredible physical therapist — something I haven’t seen him do since before the drowning. I froze in that moment. My heart swelled. My eyes filled with tears. 

Because every single step Robbie takes is more than just movement. 

It’s hope. 

It’s healing. 

It’s a reminder that miracles happen — not in giant leaps, but in determined, steady steps forward. 

And this week, Robbie’s steps echoed louder than ever.
