One of the biggest obstacles I face right now is not having a vehicle. Without reliable transportation, it is much harder to get to job interviews, medical appointments, social service agencies, and housing opportunities. Public transportation is not always available when or where I need it, and transportation costs add up quickly.
Purchasing a reliable used vehicle would give me the ability to look for work, attend appointments, access resources, and move toward stable housing and independence. It would be more than just a carβit would be a lifeline and a tool to help me rebuild my life.
Funds raised will help cover the cost of a dependable used vehicle, registration, insurance, and related expenses so I can take the next steps toward stability and self-sufficiency.
