Sophie is currently in the hospital. She had a chemo treatment on Friday night and she’s hoping she can go home soon. 

Unfortunately this chemo is really hard on her kidneys and every time they give her this particular chemo it is harder and harder on her kidneys. Sophie has to stay in the hospital until it is completely flushed out of her body. One praise is that they were able to access BOTH ports for the first time (we prayed SO HARD!) but now we pray she can go home asap before she has to return for her next treatment on Friday. 

Ellie, Grandma Boo and Tito Dani (me) got to visit her twice this weekend!! It was so much fun getting to see her and make her laugh and help time fly by a little faster. It was so hard to see her asleep and curled into a ball or when she was sick to her stomach but there were also so many sweet moments of Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza, celebrating her port access with party hats and even having a magician come by and doing a magic show for the sisters!!

Please help us pray she can go home soon and pray her next chemo treatment goes well on Friday!!
