Our Heart Warrior became our Heart Angel this afternoon. He lived his whole life with half a heart, and now we will carry on with pieces of ours missing. He was surrounded with a lot of love today from family and the medical staff, and passed away with Elise and me by his side.
There will be so much I want to share about Paxton to the world. His incredible gift of touching others doesn't end here.
He was brave. He was strong. He will forever be our Paxton.
