The funeral service for Paxton will be on Tuesday, August 13th at 11am at:
Temple B'nai Jeshurun

Des Moines, IA 50312
All who would like to attend are welcome.
He loved going to Friday night services there and saying hi to anyone he knew or didn't know.
We will also be sitting Shiva, a Jewish tradition, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights at:
906 NW Waterfront Drive
Ankeny, IA 50023
Times TBD for Shiva. Again, anyone who would like to stop in on any of the nights are welcome. It is a time where there is a short service and then time to reminisce about Paxton.
In lieu of any gifts or flowers, we would ask that you donate books to Children's Nebraska. Many kids admitted there don't come with their own books to read. Something we have done every year for Paxton's birthday is donate books for their Child Life to read and hand out to kids. We will be continuing that, and focusing on keeping the Cardiac Care Unit's shelves stocked.
Thank you for all the support throughout all of Paxton's medical challenges, and these first hours without him. Our hearts ache, and we know many of yours are too.
