The dog owner is M.I.A with her vicious dog

The owner of the dog disappeared after animal control released it to her by mistake, now they too are trying to locate them.
My rent is due and have no way to pay it. I missed a month of work already and don't know when I can return. My tiny  house runs on gas generator. I don't have $ for gas. I've used our little savings for necessities.
