We are finally getting an apartment. We do not have much beyond clothing, personal care items and food in our current location. Initially, we simply need the basics - i did get those measuring cups, lol, a can opener, and a knife.... do you ever think about essentials in such a basic way. Well, we don't have those things. We'd be happy with something you'd like to donate to us - otherwise, we really need more donations to be able to set up our household in even the most modest way. We don't have beds, dressers or any other house furnishing or lighting. (I didn't know that the rest of this form was going to be like this. Asking for specific amounts and so forth - i just entered whatever. I'm still not comfortable asking for the help we need) We are happy to have "essentials" that you can donate to us, not just funds. I just know that we are in need - I've never..... yeah, I've never.... The fact is that the future is very much in question. I've always been independent and self sufficient - -- because I HAD to be. This is an entirely different experience. Due to my emotional state I have not been able to work with clients.... but I'm getting there - and I am growing stronger!
