Dear beautiful community-

Our hearts are so full. Your light & love, visits, donations, meals, playdates, and advice has been so appreciated. It's kept us laughing and healing and hopeful. We cannot thank you enough for coming through for our family this past week - I really don't know what we would have done without you.

I'm still elevating, icing and resting as I head into surgery tomorrow (Tuesday at 10:30amEST) Thank you Lena for bringing me and making me giggle through it all- I ask that you do something Joyful tomorrow at 10:30- dance, laugh, sing, pray, and breath a golden light of safety & recovery into the universe for our family. Together we'll keep the vibes high and healing.

Thinking of you today especially!! Your surgery team will take great care of you, and may your hardest part be sitting still and resting afterwards. (Trust me, I know that's so much harder than it sounds!) Your community has always been strong and they will support and hold you all up as you get through this challenging time. Let me know if there's anything a fellow post-surgery cooped up person can do for you, even if it's just have phone calls when you're going stir crazy and need to process/vent/feel semi normal 😄 Sending lots of love!
