Here is how the last 10 hours went! I'm so glad the surgeon resident & nurses were able to witness what we are experiencing everyday at home!!!!!!

Friday Night
Nutritionist Plan
45 ml/hr for 22 hours = 33.5 oz 🤔🤣

Noah's Plan
45 ml/hr for 10.5 hours = 16 oz. 🤮😜

For perspective Noah was even 🤮 with 6 - four oz. bottles every 3 hours - over 18 hours!  In continuos feed terms that would've been 
39.4 ml/hr for 18 hours = 24 oz 😮

He woke up at 7AM with a spot of blood on his sheet. He grinds his teeth, but it seems he bit the inside of his mouth. He had been sleeping really well up until about 4:00 a.m. and was whining and fussy every now and then but not uncontrollable. 

He woke up at 7:00 a.m. and I changed his diaper! I wasn't quite awake, so I got confused when I saw blood on his sheet. I called the nurse. Well, the surgeon resident came in the room and I thought it was the nurse. It took him a few moments to tell me who he was. We turned the lights up and while discussing his plan to keep Noah on this continuous feed today, Noah had something to say about that 😆🤣🤮

I was so proud of Noah as he had a loud burp and vomited up about 2 oz. of formula. 👐👏 This was reality at home 3-4 hours after eating! 

Well that incident changed everything! The doctor said, "You can stop the feed and we will come up with another plan during rounds." I will have something to say and know what I am and am not ok with! 

I know they are trying to get him up to strength quickly to show that he is increasing weight, but we can't rush him! We've already changed gowns a second time because he threw up again. Haha that LSU one is here as our last resort!!! 🤣🤣🤣
