Noah’s Healing Journey
We wanted to share a meaningful update about Noah and more importantly help everyone understand why we’ve made this decision.
After extensive research and conversations with specialists, we’ve decided to pursue Dezawa MUSE stem cell therapy for his cerebral palsy.
These specific MUSE cells are based on the work of Dr. Mari Dezawa and are different from more commonly used mesenchymal stem cells. While many stem cell treatments focus mainly on reducing inflammation, Dezawa MUSE cells have shown potential in early research to support actual repair of damaged tissue - including areas of the brain. They are also believed to better integrate into existing tissue and survive longer - which is why this specific type matters so much to us.
For Noah, our goal is to go beyond managing symptoms and try to support the underlying injury itself.

The biggest reason and the “why” behind all of this is his age.
At just 14 months old, his brain is in a critical stage of development. This is when neuroplasticity - the brain’s ability to form and reorganize connections, is at its highest. Research shows that the first three years of life are a key window, when the brain is most responsive to intervention.
This window won’t stay open forever - hence our urgency to do this now.
We’re not expecting guarantees, but we do believe that acting now could give him a much greater chance to build stronger neural pathways, improve movement, and gain more independence as he grows.
We’re choosing this path because it focuses on his brain’s ability to heal and adapt, and because right now is the time when that potential is at its strongest.
Thank you for taking the time to understand our “why,” and for standing with us as we fight to give him every possible opportunity 🙏🏻🤍
