I am so honored to say that with all of your generosity, the community fundraising, and spiritual support we have received every cent needed to lay them both down to rest. 🕊️ You are welcome to join us for the wake and burial. No RSVPs. Just an open invitation to anyone who wants to be there. 💌 If you were at the memorial, you saw the sprouts of all the hard work each of you put in. If not, photos will be posted as soon as my brain & little fingers can manage. ✍🏾 It was truly a night full of joy and tears as we gathered together to celebrate Nick and Dominic’s lives on earth. Although we feel sorrow in our flesh, we rejoice with the spirit. We know they are still alive in Heaven, we just sorely miss them being alive on earth. 🌍 How much better it is to be absent from the body and present with the Lord. And to join them, when our time comes, will be a gift all its own. 🦋 But until then, let us remember the lessons learned from this. Let us not be afraid to speak up and speak out for those in need. Let the words that leave our mouths be only filled with love and compassion. ❤️‍🔥 Let us be sober minded and humbled. There is no place more important to get to on this earth than when we leave it to go to Heaven. 🌄 The world may not stop when our loved ones die; we still have to be in ‘the real world.’ Yet, even after we’ve gathered all we’ve desired on this earth, our true treasures are being stored in Heaven. And they’re waiting — for us. 💎 Speak your words fearlessly so that you do not regret never having said them at all AND do so fearfully so you do not regret having said them. 🙅🏽‍♀️ Spend your life wisely so that you do not lose sight of the real fight for eternal life. From victory, we stand up for what is right in the sight of the Lord. We work by faith and place all trust in Him. Even when we are stripped naked for the world to see, we will declare our Lord, our Savior Jesus, to be King. ✝️
