It’s August, can you guys actually believe that? August is officially “Millie Month”!! She turns 2 at the end of the month! TWO YEARS OLD!!!!! Miracles after miracles after miracles for this girl. God has so richly blessed us this year and I honestly couldn’t have even imagined a birthday gift as great as I got this year! A literal, bible type miracle. A miracle with no logical explanation. An impossible miracle. A miracle surgery. God ACTUALLY PERFORMED SURGERY on my girl! He unattached her organs, moved them, reordered them and reattached them. Who else gets to say, “God performed surgery on me!”?! the depth of this is so beyond us and any understanding! We serve such a giant, loving God who truly is THE GREATEST PHYSICIAN! I can’t wait to see what He does in and with her next! He’s not stopping here! 

With all these giant miracles happening, we’re asking again for your help! We’re asking you to be the hands and feet of Jesus and help us, yet again, get back to Texas! We are scheduled to go back at the end of October/beginning of November, and we do not have the funds! We are trusting and have faith that God will once again provide as we can so clearly see how crucial this treatment is for our Millie! 

I’m sure our asking is getting old and annoying. Trust me, asking isn’t easy! But we won’t stop helping our girl and we appreciate all the help you guys give us! We are always so humbled how you can love us so big to help us in such big ways! I want you to know, we pray for each and every one of you who have chosen to step into this with us, that have chosen to value Millie’s life and we pray you are blessed by your generosity in the finances you give as well as in the all the prayers you’ve continued to pray. Look how important those are and how much they’re impacting Millie’s life! 

Will you please prayerfully consider helping us? Whether for the first time, or the 5th, we truly can’t do this alone and are so incredibly humbled each and every time how God uses you all to help provide for our sweet girl. 

We had another MRI since our last Texas trip and I can’t wait to share with you all the giant miracles God is working in her brain! We’re working on getting an appointment to try to fully understand to better explain and answer any questions we can about what we’re seeing! But let me tell you, WE SERVE A GIANT GOD! A GIANT MIRACLE WORKING GOD! 

We went back through some of our posts from our initial visit to NeuroSolution ATX and I wanted to share with you something we wrote back than that still resonates so strongly in our journey today! 

“Gideon built an army of 32,000 to fight the Midianites. But God didn’t want the people to boast so he first allowed those who were afraid to leave. When 10,000 were left He said again theres still too many and after testing the people, He sent home all but 300 who were fit to do the Lords work. Gideons army won the battle, his tiny 300 men army beat the Midianite army of 135,000 men! They didn’t win because they were an army of giants, but rather because of the GIANT God they serve! Today we said goodbye for now to those worthy of caring for our millie and insuring, to God be the glory! This “army” God built for us is like no other. They will forever hold a place in our hearts! Oh what a tremendous blessing to meet the ‘300’!”

Millies army has definitely grown over the last year and a half, the last 4 visits to Texas, and we are so very honored that you’ve chosen to join us in Millie’s journey and moving these massive mountains out of her way!
