On December 4th, 2025 I was taking Millie out of her airway clearance therapy vest and SHE SMILED!! This is the first intentional smile we have ever seen from her. I immediately started recording and was given  a full 2 mins of smiling and interacting with our sweet girl. It was so special. We hope she continues to develop and give us more of this beautiful gift. I can’t attach videos on this platform, but I will add a screenshot to share.
