What’s Needed -Please don’t deliver meals in containers Megan will need to return. -No allergies -Request for meals is that they are very nutrient dense, things sweetened with maple syrup and honey no processed sugar, whole grains, protein and fruits and veggies. Please leave meals on her front door or in a cooler which will be by her front door between 6-7pm. 158 Summit Way Roanoke, VA 24014 Directions: Megan’s unit is the entry level to the back right of the building. Everett’s bike is outside along with a cooler to drop the meal in. You can put hazards on while dropping off the meal or pull on the gravel above the building. Numbered spots are for residents.
