Mason is very happy to be out of a hospital setting. 

He’s been working hard with his exercises at home. This will be the longest part of his journey. Mason is optimistic he will be back hunting this fall. His medical team says it can take up to 2 years for the skin grafts to fully heal.

He’s out of wraps completely and is wearing his “Michael Jackson” compression gloves 23 hours a day. He continually has to apply Aquaphor to the graft areas.  The graft areas themselves are appearing to heal very well. 

He will continue to have follow up appointments and lots of work on his end for the foreseeable future. 

Thank you for all the prayers, kind words, and generosity. The power of prayer goes a long way, and it shows. Mason is already ahead of schedule. Let’s keep it that way and get him back to doing the job he loves.
