Mason is doing well in the rehab facility. He works with PT and OT. He has excelled with his exercises and is feeling stronger each day.

Mason also broke a rule and had a Diet Coke. He said he’s never had one taste so good. Caffeine delays healing, so he hasn’t been having any. He’s looking forward to that restriction being lifted. 

His wounds continue to heal nicely. While he is in this facility, he has been working on his own bandage changes. He’s graduated to a glove type sleeve on his right hand. His left hand is still getting wrapped. 

Mason has been reading through all of the comments and he can’t thank everyone enough. There are no words for all of the support, prayers, and generosity. He is so lucky to have all of you keeping him in your thoughts.
