Today we walked the trail in the Assiniboine Forest.
A calm, soothing walk down a narrow pathway—with Marley holding my hand.
This was my dream: that he would hold my hand as we walk side by side.

We are so motivated by Marley’s determination to live without limits.
He’s vibrant, lively—he just wants to walk.

Lately, he often shuffles off our laps to stand with support, sometimes even trying to take off.
He knows we’re right there with him.

Jamaicans have a saying: "Every mickle mek a muckle,"
which means small things, when combined one by one, can have a big effect.

Marley has been doing so, so well.
We’re incredibly grateful for his care team across public and private services: Trexo Robotics, speech therapy, physio, OT, orthotics, daycare, and specialized clinics for neurosurgery, vision, feeding, and hearing.

Everything has come together for his good.
Because of this support, he is thriving—and we see even more possibilities for him.
