Mabry on the Move
Cerebral palsy often comes with concerns about hip development, so today’s orthopedic appointment was very important.
We walked in with a mix of nerves… and walked out so incredibly grateful.
Mabry’s hips look great.
Such a relief. Such a gift.
The doctor’s biggest takeaway was simple: therapy. Keep building her strength, her stability, and her independence through consistent, intentional therapy.
So while today felt like a deep exhale, it also felt like a clear reminder of how important these next steps are for her.
We’re so thankful for how far she’s come, and even more hopeful for where she’s going. We have a trip to Charleston planned in September as well. We are looking forward to this, especially with how well Mabry is tolerating therapy. Every bit of progress matters—and we truly believe the work we’re putting in now will make a lasting difference for her future.
It means so much to have people walking alongside us, cheering her on and being part of her journey. Thank you for following along!
