This week brought such a big milestone — Mabry learned how to say “hello” and “no”! They sound very similar right now, but she uses them in the right context, which feels so amazing to see. These little victories are huge to us. 

She’s also been loving her Saturdays at the strawberry patch and soaking up this warmer weather. Watching her enjoy the simple joys of spring has been so sweet.

Another big change is coming soon — Mabry will be a big sister very soon, and we are so excited. We pray for a healthy little sister who will grow alongside Mabry and help encourage her learning and development in the years ahead. What a gift that relationship will be. 🩷

 

School has been going so well, and it’s hard to believe the school year is almost over. We are already sad to see it come to an end because her teachers have been absolutely amazing and have poured so much into her. We’re so grateful for the progress she’s making and all the people who love and support her at the Meyer Center. 

We’re also so excited to share that Mabry is halfway to her first fundraising goal for her therapy trip in November! We are incredibly excited for this opportunity and all that it could mean for her growth. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported, encouraged, donated, shared, and cheered her on — your kindness is helping make this possible, and we are so grateful.
