Lucas is home!!! 😀

Lucas was finally able to come home after a long period of multiple hospitalizations and we cannot be more relieved and proud of him!! Through it all he has handled everything so bravely and is ready for what is still ahead. Lucas will be receiving chemotherapy treatment moving forward and follow up appointments with specialists to keep track of his stats and progress. Thank you all again for your support and well wishes. Please keep vibes high for his treatment plan. Lucas is very glad to be home.
