We are Home!!

Lincoln Hocevar

We got to come home today!! We are all so happy to be home, Lincoln is currently cuddling with the puppy, watching tv with his siblings next to the Christmas tree, just where he wanted to be. What a long 2 weeks, but it was projected to be longer. Lincoln would definitely still be in the hospital if he weren't so strong and determined. He pushed himself every day to get stronger. Right after surgery he couldn't move his right arm or leg and today, he walked out of the hospital.

We get to take it easy over the holidays and will start PT/OT either outpatient or in the day hospital program after the New Year. We are scheduled to resume chemo on December 26th, was hoping for more of a break on that front, but it's ok. We are just so grateful to be home and for all the support, love, and prayers. Thank you all so much. Hopefully, we will not have a need for updates until after Christmas, so we hope you all have a wonderful Holiday and are able to be surrounded by those you love.
