Lincoln came home last night after his first round of chemo.  After his 2nd infusion we definitely had a hard time getting ahead of the nausea and vomiting.  We now have an arsenal of drugs to help, some of which I had no idea treated nausea.  We are learning which ones work best for Lincoln and how long after the chemo his symptoms seem to worsen.  
Both nights he was in the hospital, he got to have one of his brothers spend the night with him.  Hudson and Grayson were very excited to get to be there for him.  Especially because the 2nd night the toll of everything really seemed to effect Lincoln emotionally.  It was heartbreaking to see him hurting so much and unable to take his pain away.  
It is scary to think that this was only the first round of chemo and the next will be harder.  But at the same time, we have gotten through it and only have 5 more rounds to go!  And hopefully the tumor is smaller than it was a few days ago.
