1st Intensive - Revel Dance Convention Nationals Orlando!

What an INCREDIBLE WEEK we had at Revel Dance Nationals in Orlando, FL!

What also made the week so special, was the opportunity to be able to attend with a fellow member of her Indy Dance Academy family (Tori & Alina Gramman). We were same flight on Tuesday afternoon and got to Orlando a day ahead of the Convention Classes which kicked off on Wednesday morning and ended Sunday evening.

During the week, Kyla attended daily Convention Classes from 8am-2pm (5-6 classes per day). She was honored to be "called out "in a couple of classes by the Chroreographers to perform with a smaller group. **WATCH VIDEOS HERE**

Thursday Kyla participated in The Panel Experience where over 50+ Dance Schools, Conservatories, Colleges, Universities, Dance Teams, and Agency's were present recruiting for their Freshman classes (Fall 2027)!  That morning we got to walk through all of the tables, stop, talk and meet them at The Panel Expo and later that evening, Kyla, Alina and over 200 other dancers participated in The Panel Audition, where they performed three combos in different styles before that panel of representatives. Those they met were able to look for them on the dance floor and consider them for scholarship awards. I am SO pleased to say, that Kyla and Alina both walked away with SEVERAL Scholarships (REAL MONEY) to attend Dance Programs post High School graduation!!!!! And...was especially excited to receive a scholarship from her top Conservatory! What an amazing way to officially kick off her Senior year, with college acceptances and scholarship offers already on the table. I am SO proud of our girl!
