❤️‍🩹 Since December 1st, Kinsley has spent a total of 8 days in the Emergency department and/or hospital. It’s been a challenging time, and we are praying for her body to heal and her fevers to subside.

🙏🏼 We kindly ask for your prayers and positive thoughts. Christmas plans changed, as Christmas Eve allowed us a few hours with family before being whisked away to the ED once again…

🌡️ Kinsley was in the Emergency room at Lurie Children’s last night. Her numbers/labs continue to drop, but remain on the cusp on hospitalization. If she spikes another fever this afternoon, we will be back to Lurie’s for more labs. This week has been especially hard on her, as she endured a picc line, port access, two additional arm pokes and countless hours in a hospital room.

☃️ We had planned to go on a family vacation today, but we’ve paused those plans until Kinsley’s health improves.
