Kinsley McLamore
Time is flying by as fast as the leaves are falling!
Kinsley successfully overcame the next large hurdle in her cancer treatment. She made it through the delayed intensification phase with some extra pokes, allergic reactions, and hospital visits, but nonetheless on her own two feet!
Without a beat, she leaped into her second round of her blinatumomab immunotherapy infusion. She only had to stay 1 night in the hospital for monitoring, which is a good thing, as her body spiked a fever.
Currently, she is half way done with her 24/7 infusion. This round seems to be more rough on Rob and I, as Kins and Cooper have become more elaborate in their fort building. This includes crashes, tumbles, and more bruises for both of them. You can often hear us calling out: “watch your tube,” “your platelets are low, be careful”, and “what were you thinking?” I’m sure we all know the answer lol.
Kins continues with weekly clinic visits downtown Chicago and weekly home health visits. She had some very special days downtown at American Girl for her first doll and at the Shedd Aquarium visiting the dolphins. She has her dress rehearsal for dance this week and continues to rock out at physical therapy.
We appreciate you and your prayers. We whole heartedly are grateful for the positive vibes that never cease to amaze us!
Thank you for being you and for being along our side in this journey!

Your smile lights up from the inside and I love seeing these pictures! Maybe a picture of one of your forts!
