Kevin celebrated his 52nd Birthday yesterday...inside due to a blizzard in Sioux Falls.  We got 6-8 inches of snow with 50 mph wind gusts!  He has been more alert, awake more and more active this past week!  We will take it!  He's having some skin irritation and rash on his face from chemo but we are trying to stay on top of that.  His appetite is still good, so I load up his plate for extra calories :)  He got out this past the weekend to watch a few of Kaedyn's past teammates in the SD state Hockey Championship!  He LOVES supporting "his boys".  Sounds like his next scans will be mid-April and will determine if treatment is working.  A lot of anxiety around this and my own scans in April.  We CAN NOT thank you enough for our family, friends, and hockey families for your unwavering support!
