UPDATE: Kyle’s Celebration of Life & Where We Are

First, we want to thank everyone who has donated, shared, reached out, prayed, brought food, offered help, or simply wrapped Leah, Kenny, and our family in love. The support we have received during this unimaginable time has meant more than we can put into words.

We are currently about halfway to our $5,000 goal for the private pathologist/autopsy. We are incredibly grateful for every single dollar that has helped us get this far. The pathologist has graciously worked with us so that the autopsy could move forward while we continue raising the remaining funds.

Unfortunately, the expenses surrounding Kyle’s passing are adding up very quickly. In addition to the private autopsy, there are transportation and mortuary expenses, cremation and arrangements, and now the costs associated with giving Kyle the Celebration of Life he deserves.

We will be gathering to remember Kyle, share stories, laugh, cry, and celebrate the life of a young man who was so deeply loved. The Celebration of Life will be a potluck, with coffee, tea, water, and soda provided.

We know so many people have already given, and we cannot adequately express how thankful we are. If you are able to donate, even a small amount helps us continue covering these mounting expenses. If you aren't able to donate, sharing this fundraiser is every bit as appreciated.

Right now, our focus is on surrounding Leah and Kenny with love, getting through these arrangements one step at a time, and making sure Kyle is honored properly. 💜
