Small setbacks just keep coming

Ken has been in the hospital for the past 7 days, being treated for an infection and issues with tolerating the formula due to his gaseroperisis and while the GI doctor feels we have found a medium to keep things flowing, today his bloodwork shows that his hemoglobin has dropped again. We were expecting discharge today, but it looks like we may have to stay a little longer due to his blood count dropping and requiring a transfusion. We are hoping the further out from treatment we get, the better things get for his health. As always, we appreciate all the love and support from everyone. I will try to keep things updated every few days, if not once a week.
