The Lord continues to amaze us today! As both Hannah AND JUSTIN spoke today, “God gets all the glory for what He has done!” The greatest miracle of today is that Justin is talking in complete sentences! His voice is raspy, it doesn’t always come easy for him, but it’s truly a miracle to hear him speak again after what just happened in his brain.
Also, the surgeon confirmed this morning that Justin will not need another surgery to make the necessary repairs needed. Hallelujah! She reiterated that this was not what she originally anticipated, and so we believe this is a direct result of your prayers and God intervening on Justin’s behalf. Amazing God! We are so grateful.
The current prayers we have are for him to continue to rest and heal. His throat and the pain surrounding that area is the biggest issue he’s having now. This is causing difficulty for him to swallow. Additionally, his blood pressure needs to stay low. He is still in the ICU, but as long as those two things continue to improve he should be moved to a regular hospital room soon. Pray also that he and Hannah can have a good night of rest tonight. You can imagine they are pretty exhausted, though feeling immensely thankful.
“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.”
