Prosthetic Update + fundraising efforts

A little Junie update 🤍🐾

Junie has seen an orthopedic specialist and had X-rays, and we got some hopeful news: she’s an amazing candidate for a prosthetic! The cost starts at $1,500, and it could give her more support and balance so she can enjoy the life she’s already so eager to live.

She’s also undergoing heartworm treatment. This girl has so much ahead of her, and I want to see her through it—to finish treatment, give her the best mobility possible, and find her forever family. 🥹

But we’ve hit another hurdle. I just received confirmation that my new apartment will require $400 plus $25 in monthly pet rent for me to keep fostering her. 

With moving expenses and our wedding coming up, those added costs are more than I can manage on my own. I get my keys October 31 and have to leave my current apartment by November 10, so we’re working with a tight timeline.
