Josh, Brittany, Neill and Andy traveled to New York on Tuesday to see Dr. Yelena Janjigian at Memorial Sloan Kettering. She is the Chief of GI Oncology and she specializes in gastrointestinal and esophageal cancers. She confirmed the treatment plan laid out by Josh's primary treatment team at Emory. She was optimistic that the reduction in symptoms - better swallowing, significantly less coughing - is a positive sign that his cancer is responding to the first two rounds of chemo and immunotherapy.  She offered insight into current and future treatments that may be beneficial to Josh down the road.  Overall, an incredibly positive, optimistic and reassuring experience with her and the entire MSK team.
