We have 💩! Josh’s ostomy (affectionately known as “Henry”) has been working overnight. It often takes several days for it to kick in, but his kicked in after 1.5 days.

OMG! I think we all know how important it is to poop after surgery but this is MAJORLY important! THANK YOU JESUS!! Thanks for updates also! 🙏🙏

Congrats on your super progress! That is awesome. My sister in law is an ostomy nurse & took care of my Dad when he had his. After discharge, if you have questions or issues that take awhile to get answered, please reach out to me & I’ll connect you with Jess. Who knows? May she IS your ostomy nurse!
