Rental Has Been Found.

As of 9/01/2026 an affordable rental has been acquired and has been approved. Joe will get to move in after the 4th of October 2026. Joe is in need of acquiring assistance with paying up front cost for the rental for himself and child, which comes to a total of $1,400, Joe has not been able to acquire proper funding yet with local agencies because the rental is not in Spokane area and is located outside the rental zone in which he currently lives. 
This is a huge step forward in finding proper place to live however the insurance company status on replacement for lost items is a very long process, and Joe is working with proper legal professional authorities.
